Owners - Frank and Ann Wallace
Frank and Ann purchased Bessemer Brown Services in July, 2010. Frank's background is in insurance and Annie's is education. They live in Pell City, have three children and three grandchildren. Frank and Ann attend Briarwood Presbyterian Church.
General Manager - Harlan Turman
Harlan has been involved in cemeteries and funeral homes for over 25 years. Harlan has been a licensed funeral director and embalmer for 20 years. Harlan and Sherry live in Pelham, Alabama where they both are involved with the ministries of Westwood Baptist Church. The have three children and four grandchildren. "I feel my ministry is to guide and assist families with a meaningful life celebration remembrance service for their loved ones."
Funeral Director/Preneed Family Counselor - Ruth Dodson
Ruth has worked in the funeral industry for 20 years. Ruth is married to Herman Dodson and has two children and five grandchildren.
Funeral Director - Troy "Pete" Short
Mr Pete has been with Bessemer Brown Services for 43 years. He lives in McCalla, Alabama and is a member of the Baptist Church at McAdory. Mr. Pete has six children and eight grandchildren.
Office Manager - Gina Jones
Gina has worked in the cemetery and funeral industry for the past 27 years. Gina is married to Jeff Jones and they have two children. Gina is a graduate of Hueytown High School and lives in Lakeview, Alabama.
Apprentice Embalmer/Funeral Director - Jennifer Hill
Jennifer has worked for Bessemer Brown Services for three years. Jennifer has two children Jordan and Meaghan. Jennifer currently lives in Bessemer.
